Club Bisous x CULT of Devotion

The Meatbaby is back. And this time, it has found religion.
On 27 November, Club Bisous meets CULT, the queer drag collective from Gothenburg organised by Status Queer. Artists from Umeå and Gothenburg have come together to create a brand-new show, premiering at Club Bisous before travelling south to Gothenburg.

What can you truly devote yourself to? Your art? Your craft? Your community? Your deepest obsession?
CULT of Devotion takes religion, ritual and devotion somewhere stranger, queerer and more outrageous, through drag, comedy, dance, lip sync, live performance, parody and a healthy dose of the absurd.
For one night, the stage becomes your altar.

🪩 After the show
When the ritual ends, devotion takes another form.
The music takes over, the congregation hits the dancefloor, and Club Bisous descends into queer chaos until late.

👗 Dress code: DEVOTION
Dress for worship.
Saints, sinners, cult leaders, devoted disciples, ceremonial garments, religious iconography, divine glamour, or whatever you choose to dedicate yourself to.
Go subtle. Go sacred. Go completely unhinged.

A limited number of pay-what-you-can community tickets are available for queer community members who cannot afford a regular ticket.
